Colm on Customs

The Finance Minister has finally broken his silence on complaints about inordinate delays by customs officers in clearing online orders in time for Christmas. Responding in the Senate today Colm Imbert said additional human-power has been deployed. However, as Akash Samaroo tells us, he believes some of the complainers are culpable for the delays as well.
