Combating climate change - Nyabyeya Forestry College in Masindi leads the charge

Uganda has experienced significant climate changes in recent decades characterized by an increase in extreme weather events such as floods, droughts, mudslides and landslides. This phenomenon has led to loss of life and property and has highlighted the urgent need for sustainable environmental practices. In response to these challenges, Nyabyeya Forestry College is playing a pivotal role in addressing climate change, going beyond traditional forestry management to become a leader in sustainable environmental practices.
