Come Through Tobago - Num Num To 'Splash Water' For Soca Titans Finals

The Tobago Carnival vibes will heighten on Wednesday with ten soca artistes eyeing the title in the 2024 Soca Titans Finals. Market Square will come alive and while the artistes are planning to bring their A-game, we spoke with reigning Soca Titan, Adrian “Num Num” Isaac, who is bringing water this year.
