Commonwealth Day One - Speaker Anita Among calls for laws which foster democracy

The speaker of Parliament Annet Anita Among has urged the parliamentarians under the commonwealth to consider passing laws which pursue fruits of democracy. While addressing the conference of speakers and presiding officers of the commonwealth, Speaker told the delegates to ensure that they follow up with the implementation of the laws passed by respective parliaments. The Conference which was graced by President Yoweri Museveni in Kampala signifies unity and democratization among the countries subscribing to the commonwealth.
