Competition toughens with more mainland Chinese chains expanding in Hong Kong

Some local businesses in Hong Kong are struggling to stay afloat. Some blame it on lower tourist footfall, while others say it is due to price-conscious consumers heading across the border to Shenzhen for cheaper offerings. The ones seen bucking that trend are mainland Chinese F&B chains, with more of them setting up shop in the city.
