‘Completely unbelievable’: Anthony Albanese slammed for lack of support for Australia Day

Shadow Health Minister Anne Ruston slams Prime Minister Anthony Albanese over his “bizarre” stance on Australia Day. “It’s a completely unbelievable situation where the Prime Minister of our country lacks the capacity to show any leadership whatsoever about our national day,” Ms Ruston said. “We take pride in our country, and I think what it reflects is that they’ve obviously some people in the Labor Party … who are actually ashamed of Australia and that makes me really, really, sad.”
