Conservation groups say Alaskan fishermen are taking B.C.’s salmon stock

They are the backbone of the B.C. fishing industry, but according to conservation organizations, Alaskan fishermen take more salmon destined for B.C. rivers than B.C. fishing fleets. As Radio-Canada’s Camille Vernet reports, that’s putting pressure on both the salmon population as well as the fishermen who make their living catching them.
