COP Constitution not upheld for years, says Ramadhar

Prakash Ramadhar has admitted that his appointment as interim leader of the Congress of the People (COP) was not done in accordance with the party's constitution. However, he says that document hasn't been upheld in years. In fact, Ramadhar says the structures aren't even in place to abide by the document. His interim leadership is being challenged by long-standing party member Wendell Eversley. Akash Samaroo has more.
