Cops arrest 20 during pre-Carnival exercise in PoS

With Carnival activities anticipated to increase in the coming days, police swooped down on the capital, arresting 20 people and confiscating narcotics. While there was strong police presence in Port-of-Spain, some detainees believed they were being profiled. Otto Carrington tells us more in this report.
