‘Could have been avoided’: Labor should have taken ‘decisive action’ against antisemitism

The rise in antisemitic incidents across Australia “could have been avoided” if the Albanese Labor government took “more decisive action”, claims Jewish community leader Marnie Perlstein. “I think we are embarrassed that our tiny little community is taking up this much of the national conversation and this much space at the table,” Ms Perlstein told Sky News host Chris Kenny. “The Jewish people make up half of one per cent of the Australian population.”
