Could the Minnesota government shut down this year?

After last week's special election, the Minnesota house is tied. Moving forward, a bipartisan effort will be needed to pass bills and most importantly a balanced budget by the end of session on May 19. Without a balanced budget, the state could shut down July 1. Minnesota House Majority Leader Rep. Jamie Long weighs in on the possibility of a shutdown.
