Wedding bells are ringing for one couple in Hot Springs and it could lead to breaking a world record. Janet Smith and Jerry Don Wheeler are the lucky ones set to get married on a float at the First Ever 21st Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade in the Spa City on Sunday, March 17. The festivities will begin the day before St. Patrick's Day at 3 p.m. on Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs with the World's Shortest Foot Race, a free concert, and celebrity guests.
