Court blow for NGO seeking miners' relief

The High Court in Pretoria has dismissed an application, by the Society for the Protection of our Constitution for emergency humanitarian relief for illegal miners in Stilfontein. The judgment has highlighted the applicant's failure to suggest, how rescue operations should be conducted any differently but the NGO is undeterred and despite the setback, insists it got what it wanted. eNCA’s senior reporter, Aviwe Mtila, filed this report.
