COURT GIVES MMAKS ADVOCATES A LEEWAY THE DEFENDANT DR. HELMET KABUSHENGA TO APPEAL RULING

Dr. Hamlet Kabushenga has vowed to appeal against the ruling by judge Ann Mugenyi. In a ruling, judge Mugenyi gave MMAKS advocates a leeway to represent Great Lakes Region University and CHIFCOD social enterprise Limited, in the suit filed by Kirima Limited, and four others against Dr. Hamlet Kabushenga.
