Court of Appeal to open regional offices in Mbarara and Gulu

The Judiciary intends to extend the Court of Appeal to regional offices to ease access to justice for the public. The regional offices will be set up in Mbarara and Gulu, according to Justice Richard Buteera, the Deputy Chief Justice. He says that regional Court of Appeal sittings have reduced the case backlog.
