CPI and jobs report will be the 'big stories of the week'

The Switzer Report Founder Peter Switzer told Sky News Australia to look out for the “CPI” and the “jobs report”. The US economy has added more jobs than expected in May, reducing the Federal Reserve’s likelihood of cutting interest rates. “We want to see unemployment rise if you want to think the Reserve Bank will back off from even talking about an interest rate rise. “They're the two big stories of the week that have big impacts on the central banks both in the US and here and ultimately have a big impact on stock prices in both countries.”
