Western Cape Police Commissioner, Thembisile Patekile, says crime intelligence is helping to fight gang violence in the province. According to the latest crime statistics, the Western Cape has a murder rate of 56 per 100,000. Patekile says they're also focusing on getting rid of guns in communities. #dstv403
