‘Critically important’: Australia needs to produce world-class doctors and scientists

NSLHD Chair of Research Professor Bruce Robinson reveals the importance of creating world-class doctors and scientists from Australia. His remarks come as a $20 million donation is set to allow a world-leading cancer clinical trial centre in Sydney to offer more patients potentially lifesaving cancer trials. “It’s critically important,” he told Sky News Australia. “It’s not good enough for us to know that clinical trials are open for people in North America to then find they’re not open to us here in Australia. “So we need people’s support.”
