CrowdStrike shares plummet after outage

Sky News Business Reporter Ed Boyd says CrowdStrike shares are down roughly 18 per cent as a result of the worldwide tech outage. The tech outage is believed to have been caused by a flawed anti-viral update from US cyber security company CrowdStrike. Mr Boyd said with the outage trouble, CrowdStrike’s growth targets “may not be reached”.
