CS Machogu: There is a shortage of 15,021 classrooms

Education cabinet secretary Ezekiel Machogu is now absolving the ministry from blame for the delay and reduced capitation. Machogu says it is the national treasury’s responsibility to ensure full and timely disbursed capitation. Machogu said there is a shortage of 15,021 classrooms to be used.b there is still no clear pathway for senior schools.
