CS Wandayi: Adani energy submitted a proposal to KETRACO

Energy cabinet secretary Opiyo Wandayi has admitted that indeed Adani Energy Solutions submitted a proposal to develop key transmission lines and substations in Kenya. Wandayi noted that the only way to sort out the challenges witnessed in the energy sector amid frequent power outages is to incorporate private firms.
