Cuba works to restore power after nationwide blackouts

Cuba is restoring some electricity, Energy Minister Vicente de la O Levy said on Saturday, Oct. 19. Its electrical grid collapsed for a second time Saturday morning, after first failing on Friday, Oct. 18.
