Cybercrime Bill introduces new concepts

Member of Parliament for St. James North, Edmund Hinkson says while the constitution gives people the right to freedom of expression, it must be done without infringing the rights, reputation and freedom of others. Mr. Hinkson says the cybercrime bill, which replaces the 19-year-old Computer Misuse Act, introduces new concepts and increases the penalties in the existing act.
