Cybersecurity expert Steve Lam on Singapore's anti-scam measures

Singaporeans' losses from scams are down by 40% compared to last year, thanks to enhanced measures. A new anti-scam hotline has received more than 6,000 calls in just three weeks. Mr Steve Lam, ASEAN cybersecurity leader at EY, shared more about the measures, as well as efforts by the Anti-Scam Centre and Anti-Scam Command.
