D.R. Congo election: Anxious wait for results after chaotic vote

Almost a week on from the general election in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and only a fraction of ballots have been counted. Last week's vote to choose a president, regional and local representatives was marred by logistical problems and concerns about its credibility.
