DA says ANC lacks case for motion of no confidence in Tshwane's mayor

In response to the ANC, the DA's Jacqui Uys acknowledges that the party's work is not yet done but that the city of Tshwane has improved under its leadership. Uys says the ANC has no ground to file a motion of no confidence.
