Deadline of electricity meter upgrade - UEDCL dispatches a team of technicians to communities

Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited has deployed a team of technicians to assist communities in upgrading their electricity meters to the required second generation. This initiative comes in response to public concerns about the technology expiration date of November 24, 2024. To further support the effort, the company has directed regional customer service officers to assist the dispatched technicians.
