DEAL REACHED WITH CDB FOR FIRST PLANE FOR LIAT 2020 – INFORMATION MINISTER

Efforts are continuing apace to get LIAT 2020 into the skies, with the Government signing a lease with the Caribbean Development Bank for the carrier’s first aircraft. Information Minister, Hon. Melford Nicholas has explained why leasing is being used as the route at this point as the airline remains set for take-off next month. Jamie J. Roacher reports.
