Dealing with menstrual hygiene - CSOs want gov't to start production of sanitary products

Government has been asked to deliberately invest in the production of menstrual management products such as pads to ease access, especially for the vulnerable poor.  According to research findings by Centre for Health, Human Rights and Development, Teso and Karamoja regions continue to witness high cases of school dropouts among girls due to reasons relating to menstrual hygiene management.
