Death robs Uganda of Cecilia Barbra Atim Ogwal

Mourners Thursday morning flocked to the home of former Dokolo District Woman Member of Parliament Cecilia Barbra Atim Ogwal in Bugolobi after receiving news of her death this in India where she had been flown for medication.
