Defence Force Housing Caravan

A lot of people are still unsure of how to obtain home ownership. This, according to Housing Officer in the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force, Flight Lieutenant Ryan Ottley, who said this was the inspiration behind the Defence Force Housing Caravan.
