Delegates optimistic of CAADP goals as Kampala summit starts

The delegates attending the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Program summit are optimistic that the engagement will see Africa emerging as a resilient and non-dependent continent. This is as the leaders have not neglected the strategy to collaborate as African countries with high potential to boost Agriculture and increase food production. The extraordinary summit was officially opened in Kampala.
