Delivery-only kitchens in Singapore face a cloudy future as demand falls

Cloud kitchens, once a shining star during the COVID-19 pandemic, are now facing a steep drop in demand. High operating costs and shifting consumption patterns have forced food and beverage operators to cut their presence in loss-making cloud kitchen spaces.
