Democratic Party’s 'misinformation’ claims are straight from the Trump ‘playbook’

Sky News host Caleb Bond says the use of terms like 'misinformation' by the Democratic Party to defend Joe Biden's gaffes seems "curiously close" to the idea of 'fake news'. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has called videos of Joe Biden's gaffes' cheap fakes'. "Democrat supporters pilloried Trump for calling out 'fake news' and were adamant that it was really just news Trump didn't like," Mr Bond said. "The Democrats are now doing exactly the same thing. "They can never again call out Trump for invoking the term 'fake news' because they work straight from his playbook."
