Democrats developed ‘serious momentum’ following Harris ticket

US Studies Centre former senior fellow Stephen Loosley has placed his “money” on the Democratic Party securing victory in the upcoming US election. In her first sit-down interview after formally accepting the nomination at the party's convention last week, the Vice President was grilled on a number of issues such as the American economy, the Israel-Gaza conflict and her opponent Donald Trump. “The Democrats have developed some serious momentum,” Mr Loosley told Sky News Australia. “If you look at everything from enthusiasm of the crowds at the rallies for the vice president through to the flow of money.”
