Democrats ‘need to seriously reflect’ on what they believe in

Former Australian ambassador to the United States Joe Hockey says the Democrats are in a position where they need to seriously reflect on what they believe in. Speaking to Sky News host Paul Murray, Mr Hockey believes the Democrats will have to change their strategy going forward. “We have now found the Trump Democrats, the Trump democrats have now emerged and it's driving the Democrats into a position where they need to seriously reflect on what they believe in,” Mr Hockey said. “And it can’t be just we’re opposed to Trump because this is the end of Trump’s re-election, that’s it, it’s done.”
