Democrats ‘very much damaged’ by ‘failure’ of Kamala Harris

Former Labor senator Stephen Loosley says the Democrats have been “very much damaged” by the “failure” of US Vice President Kamala Harris in the election. Harris has become the first presidential candidate since 1932 to fail to flip a single county in the general election. “They’ve been very much damaged by the failure in not only the presidential election campaign where Donald Trump comprehensively beat Vice President Harris, but the Republicans now have both the Senate and the House of Representatives, and they have a Supreme Court,” Mr Loosely told Sky News Australia. “They are behind the eight ball.”
