Department of Health: Respiratory illnesses on the rise in Arkansas

Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, cases have been skyrocketing in Arkansas. The Arkansas Department of Health released new information to show that positive cases of RSV started increasing in October and are now at a 22% positivity rate at children's hospitals in the state.
