DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH AFFAIRS HONOURS STELLAR ACHIEVERS

The Department of Youth Affairs has awarded 20 of the nation's most outstanding young people for their exceptional achievements. They had been nominated by family, friends, and members of the public, and were awarded based on criteria laid out by the Department of Youth Affairs. The grand ceremony took place at the University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus on Saturday. Theresa Goodwin reports.
