Des Barras Residents Get New Water Supply

In a significant boost for residents of DesBarras, Babonneau, a new 25,000-gallon glass-fused-to-steel water storage tank powered by solar energy has been unveiled, tripling the community's previous water capacity. Parliamentary Representative Dr. Virginia Albert-Poyotte celebrated the project's completion, emphasizing the improved water quality now reaching homes and urging residents to conserve this vital resource. This initiative, part of broader climate resilience efforts, was funded by the European Union.
