संजौली मस्जिद की ये तीन मंजिल अवैध है । लेकिन आपके मन में सवाल उठ रहा होगा कि मस्जिद आज से ही क्यों तोड़ी जा रही...और इसे प्रशासन की जगह संजौली मस्जिद कमेटी खुद क्यों तोड़ रही ? तो अब जवाब भी जान लीजिए मस्जिद आज से इसलिए तोड़ी जा रही, क्योंकि हिमाचल हाईकोर्ट ने शिमला नगर निगम के कमिश्नर को 8 सप्ताह में, यानी 56 दिन के अंदर इस मामले को निपटाने का आदेश दिए हैं । और शिमला नगर निगम ने संजौली मस्जिद कमेटी को..निर्देश दिया कि वो मस्जिद की अवैध तीन मंजिल तोड़ने का काम शुरू कर दें । इस बीच संजौली मस्जिद कमेटी ने मस्जिद तोड़ने के फैसले को लागू करने के लिए वक्फ बोर्ड को लेटर लिखा था..जिसपर वक्फ बोर्ड ने भी मस्जिद तोड़ने की इजाजत दे दी । वक्फ बोर्ड से इजाजत मिलने के बाद ही मस्जिद कमेटी ने अवैध मंजिलों को तोड़ने का काम शुरू किया । These three floors of Sanjauli Masjid are illegal. Meanwhile, the Sanjauli Masjid Committee had written a letter to the Waqf Board to implement the decision of demolishing the mosque, on which the Waqf Board also gave permission to demolish the mosque. The mosque committee started the work of demolishing the illegal floors only after getting permission from the Waqf Board.
