Dia sexual violence: Capital punishment bill awaits president's approval

India's West Bangal state has passed a bill that could lead to capital punishment for rapists. It still needs the president's approval before becoming law. But some say the death penalty may not be enough of a deterrent. Major protests have taken place nationwide since the rape and killing of a doctor in Kolkata last month.
