DIASPORA BILL TO INCENTIVIZE SAINT LUCIANS OVERSEAS TO INVEST IN THEIR HOMELAND

Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre announced plans for a diaspora bill that would grant duty-free exemptions to long-term overseas residents interested in investing in St. Lucia. Prime Minister Pierre unveiled the proposal while addressing St. Lucian expats in Brooklyn, New York, last weekend.
