Digital communication - NITA Uganda on course to expand existing data center storage

National Information Technology Authority Uganda is expanding on the existing data centre in order to provide more computer and storage space for government systems. This is aimed at preventing situations of failure of one system affecting another digital structure within government. The Executive Director NITA Uganda, Dr Hatwib Mugasa says it is aimed at making effective ongoing initiatives including the Uganda Digital Acceleration Project – UDAP which seeks to connect all districts sub-counties and parishes.
