DIGITAL SKILLS INITIATIVE: UGANDA'S PATH TO ONLINE TRANSFORMATION

Uganda is on course to promote digital skilling in order to catch up with the rest of the world in online transactions. The Permanent Secretary Ministry of ICT and National Guidance Dr. Aminah Zawedde says the example of Estonia whose digital journey stands at 99.9 percent is what Uganda should emulate. This she said while hosting a delegation from Estonia at the Nakawa Hub of Information and Communications Technology.
