Diplomatic push for Syria: US secretary of state visits Turkiye and Jordan

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Turkiye. He and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have discussed stability in Syria. The US backs the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, which Ankara considers a terrorist group.
