DNA: वक्फ बोर्ड से वसूली शुरु! | WAQF Board Claim | Amendments Bill | QR Code | Ground Report यानी एक बार जो संपत्ति वक्फ हो गई.. वो हमेशा वक्फ ही रहेगी.. ये लाइन वक्फ बोर्ड की संपत्तियों को मैनेज करने वाली ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर लिखी है.. लेकिन लगता है कि इस लाइन को बदलने का वक्त आ गया है.. क्योंकि यूपी से लेकर एमपी तक दो ऐसे मामले सामने आए हैं जहां सरकारी जमीन को वक्फ बोर्ड के कब्जे से छुड़ा लिया गया है. पहला मामला है मध्यप्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल का... जहां 2700 स्क्वायर फीट की जमीन पर वक्फ के कब्जे पर कोर्ट का आदेश आ गया है.. आदेश में कहा गया है कि बाजार मूल्य से 20 फीसदी ज्यादा पैसा वसूला जाएगा. वहीं अब दूसरा मामला यूपी के कौशांबी से आया है.. जहां 76 साल की कानूनी लड़ाई के बाद जीत मिली है.. वक्फ बोर्ड के कब्जे से 96 बीघा जमीन को छुड़ाया गया है.
