‘Do not focus on only high-end developments ’, Minister Namuganza tasks Real Estate dealers

State Minister for Lands, Persis Namuganza, has asked Real Estate brokers to realign their sector and harmonize their costings in accordance with the land and tenant policies. While officiating a Stakeholders’ Consultative Workshop on the Draft Real Estate Bill in Kampala, Namuganza tasked real estate managers to also work in tandem with the country's physical planning policy.
