Motorcycle taxi driver Jerry Onia Ibardolaza works around 12 to 16 hours daily for his family of four. He decided to work on Christmas Day to be more productive, he said. But unlike his previous contractual jobs as a security guard, janitor, and armored car driver, he is thankful that his current work allows him to squeeze in more family time and rest. On Christmas Day, amid the busy work days traveling the streets of Metro Manila, Ibardolaza always remembers the family he strives for and he will come home to at the end of the day. "Sa pamilya ko, mahal na mahal ko kayo. Gagawin ko lahat para sa inyo, magiging matatag ako para sa inyo," he said.
