Dokolo Woman MP By-Election voting underway

Voting for the Dokolo Woman MP by-election has started on a good note this morning in the 173 polling stations across the district. Stephen Toshobya, the Electoral Commissioner official, said that in some polling stations, there were delays due to late arrivals of voters. Several leaders of political parties have been in the district to campaign for their candidates. The race attracted seven candidates, including Dr. Rosemary Alwoc Ogwal, who is the Forum for Democratic Change candidate, while the National Unity Platform fielded Harriet Ageno and Jannet Adong as the NRM flagbearers.
